All of the pitches have tall tussocky grasses with beautiful wild flower borders, and in true Mad Hatter style with the quirky signage and higgledy piggledy twisting paths which lead the way to your pitch. On arrival to your pitch you will also discover your own fire pit where you can enjoy star gazing and drinking hot chocolate and toasting marshmallows. If you are looking for a more luxury stay, we have electric hook-ups for caravans and motorhomes, as well as beautiful Glamping Tents, and a Glamping pods know as The Hobbit House. The tents sleep between 2-5 people depending on the one chosen, whilst there is a luxury couple Hobbit House. The tents come with a double bed, a day bed and a trundle bed. Complete with all bedding, throws for cold nights, crockery, small stove for outside, colourful rugs and a cosy table and chairs, all with its Mad Hatter quirk entwined.
The wash facilities consist of six toilets, two large family showers, and one smaller shower area. Knowing how difficult it is to keep your clothes dry and shower a child when camping, we have made things easier by providing enough space, with hooks and a bench. The heated towel rails also help keep the wash facilities warm during cooler weather.
The washing up area has stainless steel sinks which are under cover near the wash facilities, and of course there is a tap with an old sink to wash down muddy clothes, boots and dogs!
