Last minute bookings – please call with enquires, payment must be made in full before arrival.

We reserve the right turn-away anyone who has not booked prior to arrival.

Full payment required a minimum of four weeks prior to arrival.​

• Cancellations more than three weeks prior to arrival will be fully refunded
• Glamping cancellations less than two weeks prior to arrival will partially refunded at 50%. Glamping cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
• Cancellations less than three weeks prior to arrival will be partially funded at 75%
• For camping pitches – Cancellations within 72hrs of arrival are subject to no refund.
• All refunds made will be less Stripe card fees
• For groups of 4 or more pitches booked together – block booking terms apply.

Cancellations over high peak such as bank holidays/ valentines, of less than 2 months before arrival do not qualify for a refund.
